1. Complete knowledge of PennDot requirements.
2. Vehicle registration renewals, duplicate cards and stickers.
3. Drivers license service including renewals and duplicates..
4. Pennsylvania and out of state title transfers.
5. Collect and record payment for services rendered.
6. Reconcile cash register and credit card machine.
7. Field and return calls concerning vehicle registration and drivers license services.
8. Other transactions as required by department.
9. Interact with customers to provide information regarding PennDot.
10. Represent agency in an ethical, professional, courteous manner.
11. Be reliable and dependable team player.
12. Follow JYA policies and procedures.
13. Assist in housekeeping as needed.
14. Performance standards in accordance with (1) Customer Service and Customer Relation Standards, (2) Quality Assurance Program and (3) JYA policies as defined in employee handbook. |
