John Yurconic, Sr., Chief Executive Officer Upon graduating from Rider College in 1962, John Yurconic joined the CNA as an Insurance Adjuster. In 1969, John Sr. bought as small insurance agency and formed the John Yurconic Agency. John Sr. was the driving force behind the agency from inception through 1993. During this time, the Agency grew primarily in the Personal and Small Business Insurance markets. John Yurconic was politically active serving as a Lehigh County Commissioner from 1982 until 1986. His current responsibilities include overseeing the entire business with a specific focus on internal growth, acquisitions, and office expansion. He is an avid antique automobile collector and an accomplished musician.
