Larry joined the John Yurconic Agency in 2007 as Sales Manager. He has 35 years experience in the insurance industry. His previous experience includes, District Sales Manager for Marsh & McLennan, Marketing Sales Manager, Crum & Forster, District Manager for Kemper Insurance Group and in 1983 he became an Independent Insurance Agent as owner and President of the William F. Ruhe & Company. In 1992 he merged his agency with Robertson Insurance Services which later became part of Brown & Brown of Lehigh Valley, Inc where he was the Manager of Business Development.

Larry is a native of the Lehigh Valley, he is a U.S. Navy veteran, graduate of Parkland High School and the University of Maryland. He is committed to the community and its values serving as Commissioner of South Whitehall Township for two terms, Secretary-Treasurer, Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority for six years, Past President of the Parkland Jaycees, a JCI Senator, member of the Knights of Columbus – 3rd degree, member of St. Joseph the Worker Church. He enjoys boating, traveling and golf. Larry is married with 5 children and 14 grandchildren.
