Penny Taylor, Vehicle Registration & Driver License Services Manager Penny joined the John Yurconic Agency in February 2005 as a VR/DL CSR after five and a half years with T-Mobile.  In March of 2006 Penny assumed the position of Vehicle Registration & Driver License Services Manager with the John Yurconic Agency.  Her management experience was derived from her positions as Supervisor and Team Manager at T-Mobile, combined with a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Delta State University in Cleveland , MS .  She is a native of Washington , D.C. , and enjoys spending her free time with Cleo, their children and grand dog, “China Doll.”
