Jessica began her career at The Yurconic Agency as a paper scanner in 2012 and then moved into the role of Business Insurance Account Manager in 2013. Most recently she was promoted to the Business Insurance Services Manager in 2021.

Jessica’s responsibilities include managing the business insurance service team and servicing her own business clients. She resides in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with her husband, dog and two cats.
